Our mission

Finding a good helper — or a good employer — shouldn't cost a month's salary in agency fees or mean handing your future to a middleman. We built Yayafy so families and helpers can find each other directly, see real profiles, and make their own choice with confidence.

Our story

  1. 2025

    Where it started

    Our founder set out to hire a domestic helper — and found the process painful: expensive agency fees, an opaque and stressful experience, and the few platforms that existed felt clunky and hard to trust. There had to be a better way.

  2. 2026

    Yayafy launches

    So we built it. Yayafy went live — a clean, direct platform where families and helpers find each other with no agency, no middleman, and no fees for helpers.
