Using Yayafy
Yayafy is a platform that connects families with domestic helpers and drivers. By using the service you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information in your profile or job posts.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Helpers list themselves for free; employers register to view helper contact details and post jobs.
Content & conduct
You must not post false, offensive, misleading, or unlawful content. Any profile or job post that violates these terms or our policies — whether reported by another user or found by us — may be permanently deleted without notice, along with all associated data such as photos and reference documents, and the account may be suspended or removed. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
No agency relationship
Yayafy is a listing platform, not an employment agency. We do not employ helpers or guarantee any hire. Employers and helpers arrange terms directly between themselves and are responsible for complying with local employment laws.
Liability
The service is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the outcome of any arrangement made through the platform.
